The house, former residence of the portrait painter Alphonse Muraton (1824-1911), faces south.
The three independent bedrooms, with their bathroom and separate toilets, former guest rooms, crossed by light, overlook the garden and the swimming pool. (see Tripadvisor opinion, bed and breakfast "La Source" Sant Denis sur Loire 41, end of activity on 09/30/2022 and transformation into a gîte in 2023)
Swimming pool 11 x 5 m, heated to 28 degrees, salty, opening hours 10 am to 10 pm, secured by a glass surround and an access door, shared with the owners.
Courtyard open to the garden and overlooking the swimming pool, with barbecue, for your lunches and your evenings.
Free closed parking for 2 cars and shelter for bicycles.
Furnished not specifically adapted for the reception of people with disabilities.
Classification in 3-star tourist accommodation for 6 adults (the bed for the 7th person is only 80x190)

"Cadre exceptionnel"
Après avoir pleinement apprécié ce domaine, antérieurement conçu en chambres d'hôtes, nous venons d'y séjourner à nouveau dans sa nouvelle formule transformée en gîte.
Très bel aménagement des locaux, décorés avec goût. La disposition des chambres et la conception du gîte offre à la fois convivialité et intimé. Tout y est fonctionnel avec un équipement au top ! la literie est très confortable.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour effectuer les visites des châteaux, et les balades à pied ou à vélo le long de la Loire (en toute sécurité !). Sans oublier la Grande piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. Ils nous ont conseillés de bonne adresses gastronomiques et des lieux inédits à découvrir. Nous conseillons vivement ce gîte.
