Completely renovated, this beautiful residence offers a warm atmosphere by combining old and modern to offer you maximum comfort and tranquility.
Three terraces equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs or other deckchairs will allow you to relax and disconnect.
The ground floor of the house is structured around a living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen opening on each side onto a terrace allowing meals or direct access to the garden .
A central staircase leads to the sleeping areas and the bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC.
Distributed on different levels, 3 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning. The first with access to the garden, the second has a living room, an office area and a beautiful view of the Auvergne mountains, as for the third, it allows you to admire the stars.

The geographical location is ideal, tourist sites (Martel, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Padirac and many others), essential shops, restaurants, markets, doctors a few kilometers away.
