Old house from 1910, renovated and located in the hamlet of La Chaze de Peyre, in the heart of Aubrac.
Designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

Capacity for between 10 and 12 people (240 m²).

On the ground floor, accessible to disabled people: a charming dining room (pellet stove, period furniture), an equipped kitchen (storage, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hood, microwave) , a large living room of 50 m² (wood stove, television, Hi-Fi system), a bedroom (1 140 cm bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet.

On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 140 cm bed and a baby bed), a passageway with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor: three bedrooms (one with 2 120 cm beds, another with 2 90 cm beds and the last with 1 140 cm bed).

Available: board games, children's books, toys, DVDs, etc.
Rental: sheets and towels (€5 per bed and €1.50 per towel).
Electric heating and/or wood stove (wood provided) included in the rental price.

Enclosed exterior of 100 m², a parking space (possibility of parking behind the house, on the town hall square), barbecue, garden furniture, etc.

Pets allowed.

Located 3 kilometers from Aumont-Aubrac, a town with all essential amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, doctor, pharmacist, post office, etc.)
