Quiet, lulled by the sound of water from the Morelle, you will discover our beautiful Normandy region. Close to the sea (Honfleur and the Côte Fleurie, Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, etc.)

Cities steeped in art and history (Caen, Rouen, Bayeux, etc.), and the many landing sites.

Your gite is a duplex of 90 m², bright and spacious, it is equipped with every comfort.
You have on the edge of the reach (water supply channel), a secure and flowered terrace to take your meals. A barbecue is at your disposal.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment.
In the living room, armchairs and rocking chair invite you to share with family or friends. You also have a sofa bed for one person as an extra.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and 1 90 bed, the other with 2 trundle beds (90 each) that can be put side by side. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The garden is large, surrounded by the river "La Morelle", it is flowered and planted with trees.
We have a permaculture vegetable garden and often have good little surprises to offer you.
You can install the garden chairs made available to you and enjoy the song of the many birds that frequent the area. Children can run around and discover secret corners. They will be able to access the river, under your supervision.

A cot, a high chair will be lent to you if necessary.

Many restaurants and farmers' markets and their local products are to be discovered.
The region is rich in gastronomic specialties, cheeses -camembert, Pont-L'Evêque, Neufchâtel-, and other lesser-known ones: fish, shellfish, scallops.
Normandy really has a lot to offer you.

For sports activities you can practice horse riding and tennis in Beuzeville, fishing in the pond, swimming in the swimming pool at 12 km, sailing or golf at 20 km. Not to mention the many walking or cycling circuits that will take you to the heart of the region and discover the villages with typical churches and thatched cottages, washhouses and sunken lanes...
