This old family barn was restored in 2022. Everything has been designed for your well-being, taking care not to damage the soul of the old stones.
A living room, dining room with open kitchen of 70 m² allows you to spend good times together.
It continues with a large terrace with a view of the Auvergne volcanoes.
At your disposal, a large garden of 600 m² for outdoor games, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, enough to allow everyone to have their privacy, 2 lounges and a mezzanine.
Summer will be an opportunity to have barbecues, have an aperitif on the terrace, enjoy the neighboring lakes such as Lake Guéry or Lake Servière, play golf at Orcines, Charade or Mont Dore and do hiking or cycling…
In winter, you will enjoy the cross-country ski trails at Col de Guery or the downhill ski trails at Mont Dore and Super Besse. On your return, mulled wine and flambé in the wood stoves will complete the day.
