Gîte of 130 m², with wooded grounds of 2000 m², in a hamlet overlooking the Sioule.
Ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends (maximum 6 people).
Nature activities, hikes, discoveries of the heritage and the Auvergne volcanoes park, fishing in the Sioule gorges; come and enjoy our restored house.

Housing
The gîte des côtes de Sioule is a 130 m² habitable stone house, fully furnished and equipped, on a fenced plot of over 2000 m².

At your disposal, on the ground floor:
- an entrance opening onto a small, very well-equipped kitchen, fitted out in the old bread oven (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher for 6/10 place settings, crockery, traditional coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle , blender, raclette machine, chopper, etc.)
- a toilet
- a living / dining room, sofa, armchair, coffee table, wood stove, table and 6 chairs (extension available)
- a TV lounge with two sofas
- a bathroom with shower 140x80, washbasin
- a storage room with shelf and large wardrobe, table and iron
- a cellar with laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, drying rack

On the half level: a bedroom (3) with a 120x200 bed, an armchair, a shelf and a work area (very large desk)

First floor :
- an entrance with door
- a bedroom (1) with a 160x200 bed, a large chest of drawers, wall shelves, wardrobe, mirror
- a bedroom (2) with 3 90x200 beds, two of which can make up a 180x200 bed if occupied by a couple, wall shelves, …

Outside: terrace, plancha, table with 6 chairs and a parasol, 2 sunbeds.

Covered parking for cars.

Other remarks
The beds are made on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided.
Tenants are asked, upon departure, to empty and remove the garbage cans, do the dishes or start the dishwasher, clean the ovens and the griddle. Leave the house in a suitable condition. The remaining cleaning is included.
