You will be received in the rear part of the farmhouse with views of the garden and its swimming pool.

The cottage on the orchard side has 3 levels.

On the ground floor, the living room, the toilets and the large dining room open to the kitchen.

A large sliding bay window will open the space to the outside where you can go barefoot on the terrace.

Everything has been designed to have an easy and happy home!

The whole is whitened with a whitewash which gives the whole its Mediterranean character.
The addition of natural materials, exposed stones, waxed concrete, oak flooring, raw wood tables and kitchen and a few contemporary works of art complete the atmosphere that smells of holidays and idleness.

On the first floor, you will discover the parental suite equipped with a twin bed (2x90x200) with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, 1 basin). Depending on your needs, the second bedroom also provides a twin-bed configuration (2x90cm) + 1 single (90cm) or 3 singles (3×90cm).

A second independent bathroom (walk-in shower, suspended toilet, 2 basins) will bring you more comfort and privacy. Finally on the second floor, the last attic room under the roof where you can enjoy the splendid view of the 3 beaks. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with storage, curtains and exterior wooden shutters.

You will love the new memory foam mattresses, the percale bed sheets, the soft duvets and the extra pillows. The chosen or homemade lights will bring a cozy light to the place.

Of course, the flat screen TV, the unlimited wifi connection contribute to the modern comfort of your gîte. The gîte also has a car park, a laundry room, a large garden and its above-ground swimming pool (these spaces are shared by the 3 gîtes).

According to the GPS you will find "Quartier La joie or Pas du Bourbon"
2465 Gontardin Road.
26160 La Batie Rolland.
Coming from the north, exit 17 Montélimar Nord from the A7 motorway.
Then direction Montélimar and turn left towards Sauzet in the village of La Coucourde 5' after the exit.
At the 1st roundabout go straight and at the second direction La Bâtie Rolland.

You pass over a bridge and continue straight until the next roundabout.

Then straight again and continue 1 km and turn left 200 m after the climb towards the Chapelle Saint Andéol which you leave on your left and continue until the next crossing. From there you cross the road and you see a hamlet on your left. You go back to the end of the street and you have arrived.

Coming from the South.
Exit 18 Montelimar South.

Direction Montélimar at the roundabout and then 1st right, route d'Allan D126 to a STOP sign.

Turn left towards Espeluche. Arrived at Espeluche, turn left then immediately right towards Puygiron.
Continue straight on towards La Bâtie Rolland.

At the junction with the main road D540 turn right then 1st left at the restaurant and then straight ahead, cross a blue railing bridge and then right at the junction with a street on the left and right.
