Located in the place called Les Chiez, the “Comme chiez vous” gîte will offer you an exotic break. During your stay, you will enjoy the calm of the Auvergne countryside in this carefully renovated old sheepfold.
Accompanied by its private terrace and its land of more than 800 m², the house includes:
• on the ground floor :
- a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed
- an equipped kitchen open to the dining room
- bathroom (shower) with a toilet
• floor :
- cozy living room with soft colors (possibility to sleep 2 additional people)
- and 1 bedroom for 2 people (160x190 cm)
1 swimming pool open since June 2023. Come and relax by it in the middle of the countryside. Free access all day. (Pool shared with the owners).
1 private garage with fitness equipment, and 3 adult bikes.
The cottage has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay and not wanting for anything.
On your arrival, you will find a presentation booklet with activities and addresses to try.
Indeed, hiking trails are accessible from the gîte in addition to the various leisure activities offered just a stone's throw from here (in Durdat-Larequille, Néris-les-Bains, Montluçon and Marcillat-en-Combraille).
Julien and Justine are already looking forward to welcoming you and introducing you to their little corner of nature for a short or long stay!

"superbe gîte"
Le gîte paraît petit, mais il est très bien conçu et tout neuf.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, télé, wifi (puissant), four, micro-onde, lave-linge,...
Belle terrasse avec table chaises, parasol, barbecue, transats,... et une très belle piscine enterrée 8 X 4.
Gîte très bien situé, au calme dans un cul de sac. Pas de bruit sinon les oiseaux. Plein de petites routes pour les balades à vélos disponibles au gîte, de beaux chemins de randonnée pédestre autour du gîte.
Les propriétaires, sont très serviables, d'une grande gentillesse et très discrets.
Pour les curistes, le trajet se fait en 5 mn jusqu'au parking des thermes, quelque soit l'heure des soins.
Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour.
