Stone house completely renovated and newly equipped in 2024.
It has:
-3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor.
-2 bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and double sinks.
-separate toilet on the ground floor.
-a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, chopper, raclette machine, etc.)
- a dining room and a living room with a flat screen TV connected to Netflix and Canalsat included (except for paid services which will be at your expense).
- equipment for children on request (travel cot, bathtub, high chair, changing mat)
-a garage with washing machine and dryer, you can place your bicycles and or 2 motorcycles there.
-a courtyard closed by a gate and a 1000 m² garden
- garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs and deck chairs with a breathtaking view of the airship hangar, a vestige of 1917.
-ping-pong table with rackets and balls, set of rackets and shuttlecocks…
-games for children on request.
Ideally located for visiting our magnificent Cotentin, in the countryside, in a quiet area.
