I'm very pleased to welcome you to this site, and hope to see you soon in our house, named "Canaletto".
We are located 17 km from Rouen (15 min by car) and 7 km from the freeways (le Havre, Amiens, Paris, Dieppe...).
Parking is easy in our 1-hectare park.
We live on the first floor of the house and are at your disposal should you need us.
Our gîte is on the first floor of the house, with completely independent access via the staircase on the gable.
There's also a dedicated terrace by the river (Le Cailly) where you can enjoy lunch and a barbecue without any worries.
From the apartment, you can enjoy superb views of the river and pond.
The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds, and a recently refurbished bathroom. Heating, WIFI connection and cable TV (Netflix..) are included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc.).

Très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique avec une jolie vue sur la nature, bordée par le Cailly. Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires.

Très bon séjour passé avec nos enfants (dont un nouveau-né) dans le gite de Christelle et Olivier, sur une longue période.
