Private poolLarge apartment of 130 sqm occupying the first floor of our mansion, with independent entrance, under exposed roof, and view of the park.
Three large rooms: room "Hortensia" with bed and 160 and bed in 110, Room "Cherry" with bed 140 and room "squirrel" with bed 140. All are furnished with dresser, desk, seats and bedside tables.
Large en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, clothes rack, washing machine and ironing board. An independent WC.
A kitchen to live entirely equipped with many cupboards.
A dining room with table chairs 2 sofas, TV (TNT), armchairs ... large closets and clearances
A private garden barnum in the park with barbecue.
Access to the large shared swimming pool according to internal rules
On-site parking.
The house is located in the middle of a park of one hectare, the place is calm and safe.
