Rutas de senderismo PescaHoliday cottage located in Champs-sur-Tarentaine, in the heart of the Artense plateau in Cantal, at 800 meters above sea level.
Quietly, in the countryside, the cottage benefits from a magnificent view of Lake La Roche and also in the background, the Cantal mountains and the Sancy mountains.
Commissioned in June 2024, the traditional Cantal house has been completely renovated: everything is new!
Application for 3-star “Furnished tourism” and 3-key CléVacances labeling in progress.
Very cozy living room with traditional fireplace and open kitchen with island (60 m²) on the ground floor. Direct access to a large terrace with garden furniture and breathtaking views of the lake and the Auvergne mountains.
3 bedrooms on the 1st floor of approximately 12 m² each. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower and sink.
1 bathroom with double sink and corner bathtub (upstairs)
2 WCs (one on the ground floor with hand basin, the other upstairs)
1 laundry room
1 traditional bread oven of 10 m² adjoining the house
Terrace with garden furniture, large garden and private parking
Facilities: wood stove (wood provided), flat screen TV, electric heating, private washing machine, hair dryers, barbecue, etc.
Provision of baby equipment (at no extra cost): travel cot, high chair, dishes, potty
On request packages:
- end of stay cleaning (70 €)
- bathroom linen (€5 / person)
- bed linen (12 € / double bed and 8 € / small bed)
