Nestled in the heart of the Lorraine regional natural park, La Roselière is a new single-storey detached house located 50 meters from one of the largest navigable ponds in France (the Stock Pond) which has an exceptional landscaped heritage.
It's a fisherman's paradise
Hiking trails are located near the gîte and will allow you to discover authentic nature.
The cottage is located 2 minutes from the Sainte-Croix Animal Park which will delight young and old alike, 10 minutes from Langatte beach, its bowling alley and its wellness center.
The Center Parcs area (the 3 forests) is also 20 minutes from the gîte.
House of 140 m² with:
- a fitted kitchen open to the living room
- a bedroom with a 160x190 bed
- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds
- a bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower
Air conditioning in the main room and underfloor heating in the house
Television is present in 2 bedrooms
Adult and children's bikes available and table football in the garage.
A pretty outdoor space with bioclimatic pergola, brazier, garden furniture and table and a pizza oven usable during the summer season.
Fully fenced land, with at the back of the house, a spa with sun loungers, a swing, a ping-pong table (rackets provided), a pétanque court.
