Gîte located in the village of Avèze, 20 minutes from Mont-Dore, for rent all year round, either by the week or at the weekend (except school holidays).

On the ground floor: a large room (living room-dining room-kitchen) as well as a bedroom that can accommodate people with reduced mobility, with its walk-in shower. Toilets with washing machine in an old vaulted stone cellar.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds (one 160 and two 140), a children's relaxation area with reading area, music or board games, a bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
On the upper floor: a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds and a sofa bed (130 cm wide for sleeping).
In an adjoining room downstairs, relaxation room with an additional walk-in shower for the jacuzzi and sauna.
100 m² garden, terrace and private parking.

If you arrive by the A89 motorway, take exit 25 from Laqueuille
Follow the direction of Bort-les-Orgues, then about 1.5 km after the Saint-Sauves / La Bourboule crossing, turn right on a small road in the direction of Avèze.
After 6 km, you arrive in the village of Avèze.
In the center of the village, opposite the church square, is the town hall.
Take the small road that passes to its right, the house is just behind the town hall building.

If you arrive from the south via Bort-les-Orgues, direction Clermont-Ferrand, you will have to turn at Tauves to take the direction of Avèze.
