Two minutes from the lake of Saint Nicolas de la Grave where you can enjoy a large swimming pool with slide, outdoor games, practice windsurfing, sailing, pedal boating or visit its ornithological reserve.
Right next to the access to the greenway of the Canal du Midi where you can go for bike rides or walk on the shady banks, going up this towpath a little you will discover the Cacor bridge, a majestic work in Toulouse bricks which allows the canal du midi to pass over the Tarn.
Ideally located between Quercy and Gascony, in the heart of a region rich in historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage (Moissac, Auvillar, Montauban).
The cottage is adjoining the owners' home with independent entrance and parking.

"Des vacances au top"
Un gîte parfaitement bien équipé et propre (barbecue, plancha, lave linge, lave vaisselle, lit pour bébé et chaise haute mis à disposition et une piscine au top! Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances dans le gîte de Beatrice et Jean Jacques! Une mention spéciale pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre sympathie. "Bon séjour"
Très bon séjour avec enfants et petits enfants dans un gîte impeccable, très bon accueil par les propriétaires, piscine tous les jours, petit déjeuné copieux. On ne peut que recommander ce gîte.

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé une semaine fort agréable dans ce gîte très bien équipé. Barbecue, piscine, calme et farniente. Tout était parfait. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil. Je recommande fortement.
