The house is located 14 minutes from Aurillac, Maurs-la-Jolie and 35 minutes from Figeac.
Quiet and pleasant village: Le Rouget.
All shops 300 m away.
Country market every Sunday morning.
Ideal starting point for visiting the Cantal mountains: Salers, Aurillac, Puy Mary, Marcolès, the Lot valley: Rocamadour, Padirac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.
Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area around Lac au Rouget 700 m away.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with WiFi access. A small bedroom semi-open to the living room with private bathroom and toilet and 140x190 bed.
Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet. One with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 140x190 beds.
Outside a garden and a terrace with table and chairs.
