With a surface area of ​​approximately 115 m², the Shorebreak consists of a large, very bright living room of approximately 60 m² with equipped kitchen, dining area and a television lounge area with sofa, 3 bedrooms with permanent bed (140 x 190cm) a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.

Outside you can enjoy a private space with a large terrace of around 50m² with awning, garden furniture, plancha barbecue (gas), a garden, and parking, all on the property completely closed.

The swimming pool is shared with the 2 other gîtes (dimensions: 8m x 3m in salt water and 1.40 m deep with stairs and bench)
