Our house has parking spaces in front of the house. The three rooms are served by an elevator and a staircase. The entrance door is opened by a digicode. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, the breakfast area which opens onto a terrace, the pool and the garden as well as a toilet. The pool is secured by a gate.

All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning.

On the second floor is the Room n°34, surface of 25 m², with a bed 180 (or 2 beds 90), a separate WC, shower and simple basin. On the second floor, the room n° 16, surface of 30m², with a bed 180 and a pull-out bed that can be converted into two beds 80, a separate toilet, an Italian shower, a bathtub and two sinks. Finally, on the same floor is Suite 1634, 25m², with a 180cm bed, a separate toilet, a double balneotherapy bathtub (SPA) and a shower.

White linen bedding is provided, as well as towels and bathrobes.

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster and SMEG coffee maker, fridge, oven, gas stove and microwave. Kitchen utensils provided. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available with products provided.

The accommodation is adjacent to our house.
