On our 2-hour property, adjoining our home but totally independent, we welcome you to the pretty hamlet of Saint-Dizier, on the banks of the Dropt.
Completely renovated, our cottage offers all the modernity and comfort while highlighting the old stones.
Quiet, but with all amenities, shops and activities 6 minutes by car, the accommodation consists of:
- living room-kitchen; Flat screen TV. Completely new and modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster...
- bathroom with new walk-in shower
- separate toilet; washing machine
- spacious charming room with stone walls with new 160 cm bedding. The bedroom overlooks a shaded terrace, very pleasant in hot weather
This stone cottage keeps the cool, ideal for summer.
At your disposal, barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor tables...
In the north of Lot-et-Garonne, in the country of Bastides and castles, close to the Dordogne and Périgord, we are ideally located between Castillonnès, Issigeac and Villeréal (most beautiful village in France).
Between 15 and 20 km from the cottage, find Eymet, Monpazier, Monflanquin, Biron and its castle, that of Bridoire, Monbazillac and so many other beauties to discover!
25 minutes from Bergerac, 35 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, 1 hour from Agen or Périgueux.
About 1 hour from Sarlat, Beynac, Castelnaud...
If you like nature, calm and the beauty of our countryside, you have come to the right place!
Surrounded by fields and woods, we have a small lake on the property and are bordered by a stream. You can fish, hike, rent electric bikes, or just hang out and relax.
With us there are donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese... All this in all simplicity!
Hiking trails around the cottage, fishing lake, and less than 10 minutes around, all shops, municipal swimming pool, tennis court, cinema, nightclub, many restaurants, bars, bastides, castles, medieval villages, swimming lake in Lougratte , equestrian centers, numerous markets…
You can easily discover the Lot-et-Garonne but also the Dordogne with Les Eyzies, La Roque-Gageac, Padirac, Sarlat, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, go canoeing, and many other things…
