The house will offer you a large terrace with a view of the river to enjoy your family meals, cook on the plancha, play a game of billiards or relax in the spa!
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals like a chef!
Bikes for the whole family are at your disposal free of charge for beautiful walks, as well as paddle, buoy, wakeboard, etc...
A license-free pontoon boat will be offered to you for beautiful walks or exceptional fishing trips.
Composed of 2 master bedrooms with bathroom, one of which has an extra 90cm bed and/or baby bed, 1 children's bedroom sleeping 4 (2x 140).
Possibility of 2 additional extra beds in the living room with the convertible sofa.
Equipped kitchen, large living room with table football, large terrace with billiards and spa with superb view of the river.
From the house, the famous town of Albi is 3/4 hour's navigation away in a magnificent setting.
