"Séjour à Semoy et à Saint Jean de Braye"
Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce gîte où 10 personnes ont vécu à l'aise durant 2 jours. Propreté impeccable, gîte confortable et très bien équipé. Juste un petit souci d'engorgement dans la douche mais qui a été solutionné.
Nous reviendrons ! Nous en sommes convaincus !

"Un week-end"
Gite agréable pour 6 personnes maxi. Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas au top (poils de chien, poussière dans tiroirs et placard, toiles d'araignées au plafond, protèges matelas non changés entre les clients). Points positif : calme, proche d'Orléans et des châteaux.

"Atelier Associative"
Nous sommes ravis de cette alternative pour nos activités d’association. La maison est très agréable et modulable pour nos besoins (atelier plénière ou travail de groupe). Super bien équipé et avec possibilité de logement pour les participants ayant besoin. Situé pas loin d’Orleans, covoiturage et proximité de l’arrêt du tram ligne B permettent un accès facile. La déco est soignée et le jardin agréable. Tout est mis en œuvre par les propriétaires pour y passer un bon moment. Une vraie perle. On y reviendra avec plaisir.

"Beau Gîte bien situé"
Gite confortable, spacieux, bien rénové, bien équipé , décoration alliant moderne et ancien, extérieur encore en travaux (gravas, terre...) , petit jardin ne correspondant pas trop aux photos, donnant sur une rue passante. Gite trouvé sale à l'arrivée, réduction accordée sur ménage de fin de séjour après plusieurs demandes.

"un merveilleux séjour"
Nos hôtes ont réussi à donner le "confort d'aujourd'hui dans le charme des années 30". Idéalement rénové, ce gîte chaleureux, aménagé avec goût nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Nos hôtes, Bob et Véronique, sont accueillants, disponibles... On reviendra, promis!
