Piscina privata Sentieri trekkingThe Apivita gîte is located in the countryside in the heart of an organic wine and olive estate, 3 km from the town of Nyons. It is adjoining the Jolia gîte as well as the owner's home.
Each accommodation is independent and has an entrance and a private outdoor space.
The path leading to the gîte is not paved but remains perfectly passable by car, motorbike and bicycle.
A shaded car park is located 10 meters from the accommodation.
Apivita is a new 40 m² accommodation which has been designed by an architect and offers optimal comfort. It is a single storey accommodation offering a kitchen/living room area and a bedroom (160x200 double bed)/bathroom.
The cottage has all the necessary comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, new bedding with duvet, sheets included for weekly rentals).
The Apivita terrace is located in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards. It is a shaded and calm space conducive to relaxation.
The 10x5 swimming pool (with stairs) offers a moment of relaxation and serenity with all the necessary comfort available (sunbathing, shaded area, view of Mont Ventoux).
