Welcome to the Massat valley, in the Saraillé pass, a place called Tiquet, at an altitude of 850 m, in the Couserans, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, between valley, mountains, pastures as a horizon.
For your vacation with family or friends.
Our very comfortable stone house, from 1913, renovated in 2024, will welcome you in a large apple and pear orchard.
The house is composed of:
• on the ground floor: an entrance, a WC, a living room/living room with adjoining equipped kitchen.
• upstairs: a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed 140, one with 2 beds 90 (which can be pushed together) and the attic, comfortable and fitted out with a corner games with PS4 (Fifa, etc.) and various board games, guitar and a sleeping area with 2 90 cm beds.
Your meals can be taken outside with a barbecue, on the wooden terrace sheltered by an apple tree with a view of the orchard and the valley.
Bathroom linen is not provided.
Sheets are provided.
Housekeeping included.
Private parking.

Hors saison le gîte pourra être loué pour des périodes plus courtes ou en weekend de 3 jours (350 €).
En sus la taxe de séjour sera a régler sur place.
