On the border between Aude and Ariège, come and recharge your batteries on a 1.5 ha estate, surrounded by nature in the heart of Cathar Country.
Nestled on a hill, the views of the Pyrenees and the Black Mountain are breathtaking.
The disconnection is total in this spacious cottage.

There are many hikes.
The greenway can be easily reached by bike or on foot.
Mirepoix is 10 min by car, Lake Montbel 30 min, Carcassonne 30 min, Wine Route 15 min, Cathar castles 50 min, Narbonne 1h20, Toulouse 1h.

The accommodation, 170 m², adjoining 2 gites for 2 people, has its own entrance. Its private terrace surrounded by greenery offers a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a pantry, the living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom next to the bedroom and the toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is composed of 5 gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, two coffee machines (Senseo and filter machine), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all the necessary dishes. A pantry adjoining the kitchen has a washing machine, a drying rack and shelves.
A living / dining room with a bird's eye view of the Pyrenees is adjacent to the kitchen. This room is composed of a large and comfortable corner sofa, a large round table, a wood stove.
The large bedroom on the ground floor has a "King size" bed (180x200).

Upstairs are 3 other bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms have a 140x200 cm bed. A third bedroom accommodates 2 single beds 90x200 cm. A bathroom with toilet is also upstairs.
A large round table for 8 people is at your disposal outside, next to the swimming pool.

A common outdoor space is also reserved for you (tables, chairs, deckchairs, hammocks).
A shared swimming pool, with salt, is open throughout the summer period.
A barbecue is at your disposal.
Petanque ball games are available to you to enjoy the petanque ground present on the estate.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
Cleaning is not included in the price, it is optional and amounts to €100 per stay. It is settled on the spot.
The cottage does not have a WiFi connection. Nevertheless the 4G connection is possible everywhere on the domain.
The cottage is non-smoking, sand ashtrays are available to them.
Parties are only authorized if the 4 gîtes are privatized or if no other gîte is rented over the same period: contact the owner for more information.

On request, a meal can be delivered to your gîte (reservation 48 hours in advance except July and August).
Breakfast can also be left in front of the gîte when you wake up if you wish (reservation the day before).
