On the border between Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne, a privileged place far from busy roads.

Nestled in the middle of wheat and sunflower fields, near an oak wood of several hectares, we offer you a comfortable cottage.
What was once an outbuilding has been transformed into a lovely holiday home.
You will have the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

Ideal for 4 to 6 people, the cottage is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and wc, a 2-seater sofa bed , an outdoor terrace and a garden.

The cottage is located on the same land as the owners but not adjoining.

1 yurt, in guest rooms, is also rented without vis-à-vis the gîte.
Access to the property by long private road.

from Paris: A20 motorway exit 65 (Agen, Auch, Montauban sud, Castelsarrasin) cross Montauban, direction D928 Auch, Beaumont-de-Lomagne, cross Beaumont-de-Lomagne, direction Solomiac.
From Solomiac:
- take direction Sarrant,
- at the exit of Solomiac, drive 2.50 km, you will pass in front of EN Naoua
- continue and turn right at the sign "A la Douce des Chênes".

From Bordeaux: A62 motorway, exit 7 (Agen, Auch, Condom, Lectoure, Le Passage), cross Astaffort, Saint-Clar, Tournecoupe, Solomiac and direction Sarrant
From Sarrant:
- in Sarrant: turn left D165 → Solomiac,
- drive 2.5 km, you will pass in front of the Juncasse and En ricaud houses
- turn left at "La Mative", sign "A la Douce des Chênes"

By train: from Toulouse and Montauban stations.

By plane: Toulouse airport 50 km away
