This old building from the beginning of the 19th century, freshly renovated on the site of the Moulin du Vivier, offers many advantages.
It is composed of 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms: 1 bedroom specially designed for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.
You will benefit from a large fully equipped shared kitchen. (coffee maker: SENSEO).
Adjoining, a garage / workshop has been designed for bicycles and to repair them if necessary.
Outside, you can enjoy a relaxing break on the terrace set in a wooded environment on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
All rooms are secure.
They can also be rented independently also for another occasion (a different announcement is available on the Cybevasion site in this regard).
14 people can stay in this bucolic place near the lock.
An unmissable stop on the outskirts of Castelnaudary (Cassoulet capital).
Possibility of having cassoulet, seasonal dishes or pizzas delivered on site. 2 restaurants nearby.
An ideal place for family/friend reunions to share good times of conviviality in the common areas while preserving everyone's privacy in the rooms.

"Idéalement placé"
Très beau gite entièrement rénové situé idéalement au bord du canal du midi, juste à coté de la boutique du Moulin du vivier (mérite le détour) et de l'écluse du Vivier (double écluse).
Nous étions un groupe de 8 pour deux jours et ce fût un régal. Confortable, accueillant et spacieux.
