12 km from the beaches of La Grande-Motte, the gîte “La maison de Papic” is ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier in an old winegrower's farmhouse, nicely renovated into a real little hamlet.

This is the Maison de Maître of the Mas which we completely renovated in 2008 and in 2020 into a gîte labeled 3 ears by Gîtes de France in 2001. This terraced house can accommodate up to 10 people (165 m² + 35 m² veranda).

Papic's house is composed

• on the ground floor: a large room with equipped kitchen and dining room, an independent living room, a bedroom with integrated bathroom, a separate toilet, a veranda with bay windows, a private garden of 2000 m²

• upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, 2 shower rooms, 1 separate WC

The cottage has all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, American fridge, freezer, microwave, TV, WiFi, garden furniture, baby equipment, etc.), the bedding is recent and excellent. quality.

The Mas is surrounded by 4 hectares of landscaped parks with orchard, a very large communal swimming pool (19 x 5 m), beaches equipped with deckchairs, a private barbecue, a football field, outdoor children's games, a table ping-pong, a bowling alley, shaded parking with electric gate.

The Mas is located in the middle of 20 hectares of cultivated agricultural land belonging to us.

Our cottage is intended for people who are looking for peace and quiet and who wish to benefit from the tranquility of our Mas in the countryside.
