The property is located in a small hamlet surrounded by hectares of well-kept arable land, the numerous farm tracks between the fields are ideal for a few lovely walks (around an hour to the nearest bar/restaurant) especially if you have dogs.
The house consists of a superb fully fitted kitchen, living dining area (60m²) with a vaulted ceiling, another living, games room (40m²) also with a vaulted ceiling, utility room with 2 machines laundry, 5 bedrooms upstairs with solid oak flooring and fitted wardrobes and 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bathrooms, shower upstairs and 1 wet room downstairs.
A covered outside dining area with built in barbecue, a new 10x5 m in ground heated swimming pool (open from May to September, depending on weather conditions) 260 m² terrace, terraces facing gardens and listed gardens ideal for a cricket, cricket or round-robin match.
