The alpine-style house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room featuring a TV with satellite channels, and a ski storage room including a ski boot dryer. There are 5 bedrooms, each featuring a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. Additionally there is a new double room on the first floor that comes with a sink. The toilet for this room is on the ground floor.
The garden at Salchner Ferienhaus features barbecue facilities and a terrace with a seating area. Upon request, the delivery of fresh bread rolls is possible in the morning. WiFi is available free of charge.
The village centre and a public swimming pool can be found just 15 walking minutes from the property. A supermarket and restaurants are within a range of 500 metres. A guest card is included in the rate, and features free access to some local buses and the ski bus.
The Stubai Super Card is included in the rate from 25 May to 15 October. It offers free use of all cable cars in the Stubai Valley, public transport to Innsbruck, free use of public indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as other discounts and benefits in the region.
