Situated 800 metres from the centre of Biberwier, Ferienhaus Schmittenhof is a 10-minute drive from the Zugspitz Arena Ski Resort. This renovated old farmhouse has a terrace offering views of the surrounding Tyrolean Alps.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 living room with a seating area and a rustic traditional-style stove. The bedrooms are connected to one another. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace with barbecue facilities.

Freshly baked bread rolls can be delivered to you every morning on request. Restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The ski bus to the Zugspitz Arena Ski Resort is located in front of Schmittenhof Ferienhaus. You can find a ski school and ski rental in the ski resort.

Ehrwald is a 10-minute drive away, where you can find an indoor pool and an ice skating rink. Horseback riding, playing golf and swimming in an outdoor pool is possible in Lermoos, 2.5 km away.

During winter, guests have free access to the Ehrwalder Familienbad, a public indoor swimming pool which can be reached within 8 minutes by car.

In summer, guests enjoy discounts on guided hiking tours and other activities.
