Inside the condominium, you have a large and magnificent bucolic garden with a bowling alley.

It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (renovated with quality materials) and a beautiful bedroom, both opening onto two loggias.
At your disposal: parking in the residence and two bicycles (1 men's bike and 1 women's bike).
The apartment is close to all amenities:
- tobacconist, supermarket, bakery, several restaurants…
- a bus stop is present at the foot of the residence
- you are 500 m from Dramont station
