The castle of Châteauneuf, built from 1175, remains one of the most beautiful testimonies of the military history and the power of Burgundy.
The Regional Council of Bourgogne Franche-Comté, owner of the site, invites you to take part in guided tours which allow you to discover the dungeon of XII-th century, the Grand Logis of the XV-th and the Logis of Philippe Pot.
Down the village you will find the Burgundy Canal, ideal for family walks or for a bike ride on the cycle route that runs along the canal.

"Charming, Cozy, and Very Comfortable !"
We found our idyllic getaway at Châteauneuf Suites - Cindy coordinated with great care and attention to detail, both before our arrival and during our stay, everything we absolutely needed to make our time there incredibly memorable and fun! The suite is spacious, beautifully restored, charming, cozy, and very comfortable. The views from all the windows are picture-perfect, and the fireplace during the cold of December made evenings in the suite a delight! We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and that we can't wait to return in the spring!
