Welcome to our cocooning apartment in the heart of the city in a magical setting
You will discover an apartment on the 1st floor with elevator of an area of 40 m² including:
- a bright living room overlooking a terrace of 12 m² facing west embellished with a table with 4 chairs and 2 deck chairs for you to rest
- A living room, dining room with a comfortable sofa allowing you to relax and enjoy the TV
and a table of 4 people to take your meals. In addition the sofa bed is at your disposal to accommodate your children or friends
- a separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed 160x200
- an independent kitchen to cook like at home, totally equipped: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, furnace, furnace microwaves, utensils ...
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and convector towel rail
- Separate toilet for more privacy
You can also enjoy the reception room which is located on the ground floor for a drink or read comfortably in a sofa or enjoy the private park for a walk or sit on a bench under hundred-year-old trees.
