Welcome to Fécamp, city of art and history.
It is with pleasure that I welcome you to a complete, bright apartment, completely renovated and furnished for your comfort, on the upper floor of a small mansion, which was formerly a former grocery store.
Enjoy the many activities nearby. Beach and town center 5 minutes by car, cycle path 300 m.
Equestrian center, water sports center, swimming pool, Louanne gardens, shops... less than 1 km away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small mansion, which was formerly an old grocery store. Slightly set back from the town center (5 minutes by car), you will have no trouble parking as the house has an adjoining private car park.
It is an ideal compromise for exploring the city and enjoying both the many possibilities for walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside but also the many small, charming coastal villages that line our coastline.
The cycle path is 300 meters away (You can leave your bikes in the house's enclosed garden in complete safety).

For your shopping, two supermarkets are less than 1 km away by car.

The whole has been completely renovated with quality materials and tastefully designed to offer you an airy, sunny and fully equipped space, in which you will feel at home.
There you will find a pleasant bar area for your meals, open to the living room as well as the fitted kitchen, whose ceiling is open like a cathedral with a large skylight, creating a real well of light.
Everything you need is provided so that you can cook: Fridge, small freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, host, frying pans and saucepans, toaster, kitchen utensils and knives (including for seafood lovers), cutlery, plates, glasses, cutting board, coffee maker, grocery store…
On the other hand, you will have a bright bedroom, separated by a door from the living room, with a double bed and access to the bathroom including WC, vanity unit, walk-in shower.
The sofa in the living room is convertible so that it can accommodate a 3rd person. (Maximum capacity 3 people)

Ideal starting point for many visits, if you go to Etretat, I strongly recommend that you go through Grainval, Yport and Vaucottes which are small coastal villages that are very nice to visit.

300 m from the house is the cycle path which will take you more into the countryside (and around 800 m there is bike rental at Coffee Bike). Finally, you can also go to Veules les Roses, classified among the most beautiful villages in France (without forgetting Les Petites Dalles and Grandes Dalles while passing on the road).
