Ideally located facing the sea, with stunning views, the 37 m² “L'Esplanade” apartment was refurbished last year. It is on the 2nd floor of a residence located on the esplanade de la mer, between the tourist office and the pedestrian street (avenue de la mer). You can get around on foot to go to the many shops and restaurants that the resort has to offer or even stroll to the beach market (open from June to September).

The apartment allows you to have direct access to the beach and the forest where you can take beautiful walks.

Composed of a bright living room (with a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, TV), a bedroom extended by its dressing area, a shower room and a separate WC.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people with 2 beds: a 160x190 bed and a convertible sofa equipped with a quality 140x190 mattress. The apartment is equipped with WIFI.

The apartment is offered with a private garage (over the period July and August) and the residence has several parking spaces. In addition, many free car parks are located on the seafront (opposite the apartment).

Possibility of renting bed linen and towels: bed linen kit at €10 per set - bathroom linen kit at €5 per person.
Due to the health crisis and for your safety and that of others, the "End of stay cleaning", with disinfection of surfaces, is compulsory at the price of 40.00€.
