The entrance porch with small terrace,
The kitchen fully equipped with all modern equipment,
with its bar overlooking the canal water,
the living room with pellet stove, large table for 6 people and the living room with large sofa.
The terrace on the edge of the canal (table for 6 people plancha)
The staircase, with ramp, takes you to the first floor, a corridor leads to 3 spacious bedrooms with dressing room and air conditioning, and a large bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
Departure cleaning 170€ to be paid on site
One floor higher, solarium terrace with deckchairs, a room to hang out your laundry.
