ElisEmma : studio en Luberon

Studio with swimming pool, in Luberon - Provence.

In the Luberon regional natural park, 4 minutes (by car) from the center of Apt, in the countryside, ElisEmma welcomes you ; ideal for couple who wish to visit, hike or rest.

You will find in this comfortable studio, on the ground floor, with independent entrance:
- an equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) with dining area
- a bathroom with a large tiled shower, sink and toilet
- a bedroom with a 140 bed, dressing, radio and television

You can take your meals outside (garden furniture and electric BBQ under a pergola) and enjoy the shaded grounds.

Land and fenced swimming pool with sun loungers to share with the second studio and the owners (from mid-May to mid-September) with superb views of the Luberon.

Final cleaning will be carried out by a third person against payment of 40 €, this sum will be paid in cash on arrival.

For your comfort and for your holidays to be successful, the pool is cleaned daily and the grounds are mowed regularly

We would like to point out that the studio is equipped with a 140 bed with individual pillows and a 220x240 printed duvet, this duvet can be used with a cover or with an ordinary sheet.

A deposit of 300 € which will be returned on the departure's day after inventory.

AVIGNON-SUD/LAFAYETTE ROUTE.
If you come from the south
Exit the highway at CAVAILLON
Turn right towards Cavaillon and follow the APT signs
Continue straight until Coustelet; at the traffic light, turn right on the D9OO and continue the route, resuming at **
If you come from the north
Exit the highway at AVIGNON-SUD.
Take the first path on the right after the toll station.
After about a hundred meters, we arrive at a large roundabout, take the RD900 towards Apt.
You still have more or less 45 kilometers to go.

**It's straight, always straight.
After the village 'Le Chêne', first big roundabout. Continue straight.
Second large roundabout, continue straight.

You are in APT.
Third very small roundabout, continue straight.
You arrive at a first traffic light near the old SNCF station
then at a second traffic light near the Post Office then at a third traffic light. (impossible to continue straight).
Turn left. There is still a traffic light.
Continue straight along the bed of the river (below) until the next traffic light.
Turn left at the traffic lights towards Rustrel.
We pass under a bridge, we continue 1km500! to the 3 "speed bumps"! ; after the sign (Castel Luberon Hôtel), turn left at the roundabout in the direction of “Rocade Nord”, the path climbs very steeply as it turns.
Take the fourth small path on the right going up: there is an electric cabin at the entrance on the left at the place where you have to turn.
A street sign reads 'Chemin d'Olivet'.
This little path that doesn't smell of hazelnut goes uphill twisting.
Beware of vehicles coming in the opposite direction because you cannot see them at the entrance to turns (you will turn 10 times, either to the right or to the left).
You finally arrive near an old building on your left. This is the first
building you will see on your left. There is a porch in the middle of the facade, continue 50m and enter the area on your left.

! For regulars: the entrance has been moved +/- 5m upwards, beware of the stone blocks located in place of the old path!

Park your car at the bottom right facing the stone wall of the swimming pool.
Then come back to the gate under the porch, ring the bell, we'll be there!

! Throughout your journey, beware of speed controls, fixed and itinerant, there are many of them; from the moment you enter Apt and up to us the speed is limited to 50km AND 30km!
