In a small private residence, on the first floor, close to Gros-Raisins beach, shops, and the village of Sainte-Luce is this comfortable apartment with access to the beach 2 minutes away on foot via a small trail; a magnificent seafront ideal for beautiful walks on all the beaches located on this coast.

The apartment has a living room with two sofa beds offering real beds of 140 for one and 120 for the other which can accommodate 3 people; a living room equipped with a television, WiFi and internet; an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a 160x200 double bed with adjoining bathroom (possibility of a baby bed).
The kitchen is equipped and very functional: hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine. It opens onto the living room opening onto the terrace which offers a setting conducive to relaxation and conviviality.
Household linen (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, etc.) is provided, except for beach towels.
The Eden apartment is also located close to all amenities: restaurants, Carrefour Market, pharmacy, distilleries and others…
