- a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds (90x190), 1 dressing room, 1 armchair
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 vanity unit with mirror, a hairdryer and washing machine
- baby bed and high chair on request – at no extra charge

Bathroom linen and bedding are provided

Spacious, renovated duplex apartment, with a surface area of 65 m², can accommodate 2 to 4 people (sleeps 5 people if necessary)

- a bedroom with 1 King size double bed (180x200cm), 2 bedside tables with lighting, 1 dressing room, 1 armchair
- a 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 dressing room, 1 armchair and possibility of an extra bed for 1 person
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 vanity unit with mirror, a hairdryer and washing machine

Wooden baby bed and high chair on request – at no extra charge

A cleaning fee of €50 and tourist tax in addition (€1.10 per adult per night) are requested upon check-in, as well as a deposit of €300 refundable upon departure

For everyone's comfort, the cottages are non-smoking.

You benefit from a fenced area for children to relax and play with a parking area.
Quiet area, a bakery and grocery store within walking distance. Restaurants and hyper stores in a radius close to the gîte.
Nearby, numerous tourist, cultural and leisure activities: Strasbourg, Colmar, Haut-Kœnigsbourg, Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Sélestat, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Val de Villé, Ried, ... the Wine Route of Alsace with its magnificently flowered streets and houses and not forgetting the amusement park in Germany “Europa-Park” in Rust just 30 minutes away.

since July 2020, a second comfortable gîte has been available for 2 to 4 people on the same level.
Weekly rental (between €550 and €700 per week) or minimum 2 nights.
