"nouvel an en bord de mer"
location prise fin décembre , accès à la résidence très facile et sécurité
le propriétaire est disponible facilement les échanges aisés et réceptifs. tres bon contact le processus de réservation et de la remise des clés est trés serieux, il est trés réactif aux questions
logement fidèle à la description
tarif raisonnable et acceptation des chèques vacances
mais quelques bémols a émettre :
l'entretien de l'exterieur meme si on est en hiver le mobilier de jardin etait pas entretenu
manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain
il n'y a pas de four mais un micro onde
et souci d'insonorisation et l'acces a internet sauf si vous êtes sur sfr.

Le four est un combiné four et micro onde, et en hiver avec la pluie le mobilier se salit rapidement.
