The terrace on the ground floor (14.23 m²), overlooking a shady park, is equipped with a table, chairs, 2 adjustable 5-position aluminum recliners, 1 parasol and a place to hang up the laundry. The terrace is enclosed by a fence and small shrubs. This is illuminated by an external lamp.
The apartment is comfortable for 4 people maximum. We recommend our tenants not to smoke inside the apartment.
The area of the apartment (38.34 m² living space) does not include the area of the veranda (5.64 m²) or the private terrace (14.23 m2)
Apartment maintained and clean on arrival of tenants. It is planned for only 4 people.
The keys are given by a person remunerated by the owner and/or by the owner. This person ensures the delivery of the keys and the inventory.
