La Part des Anges, an 18th-century Charentaise house nestled in the heart of vineyards, just 18 minutes from Angoulême and 25 minutes from Cognac, can accommodate up to 8 people. Our suites provide all comforts, including TV, walk-in shower, private toilets, and views of the vineyard. The fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room feature a cinema screen and private garden.

The renovated two-level residence has an open ground floor with a leather lounge, kitchen-dining area, WC, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. The suites ensure comfort with shutters, blackout curtains, international TV, walk-in shower, private toilets, and a dressing room.

The suites offer breathtaking views of the vineyard and forest, with the possibility of spotting wild deer and witnessing sunrise. Guests have access to the pool, two private terraces, a separate garden, and a private entrance.

Spaces include an equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. WiFi (fiber) is available, and there is parking for two cars in bays.
