The Cottage was originally the farm house. The property benefits from patios to the front and rear giving guests the option of sun or shade throughout the day. The east side (front of the property) offers a magnificent view of the Dordogne, while the rear overlooks the swimming pool and the fields.
The Cottage offers very comfortable accommodation with original beams, exposed stone walls, parquet flooring. Its layout is such that you feel at home. Everything is implemented so that you can spend a very pleasant stay.

- bedroom 2 - The second bedroom too, in the traditional theme, with its exposed beams, view of the swimming pool and the gardens. It is equipped with twin beds, a wardrobe / closet and a chest of drawers. Adjoining bathroom with toilet.

Cours du Fleuve is located in the countryside of the small village of Calès, overlooking the banks of the Dordogne.
On the other side of the river is Trémolat, a small typical French village full of charm. One can stroll through the village enjoying the peace and quiet of the old local church of St Nicholas, or simply watch the world go by sitting in the cafe in the square.
Nearby is the famous "Cingle de Trémolat", a bend in the river offering magnificent panoramic views over the Dordogne valley.
The medieval town of Lalinde (14 km), with its small lake ideal for picnics as well as its bustling Thursday market which is also worth a visit.
Sarlat (44 km), its bustling narrow streets and medieval buildings steeped in culture and history, is a must visit for everyone.
The region has the world famous Bergerac appellation wine region which covers 12,700 hectares. Wine has been produced in the region for over 400 years. Wine lovers will find grapes similar to those in the Bordeaux region, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec reds; Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadet whites. Many vineyards welcome visitors and offer tastings. The official “wine route” traces a map of the region's vineyards. The Dordogne is the supplier of nearly half of France's fine produce, including truffles, porcini mushrooms and foie gras.
The nearest market towns are Le Bugue on the Vézère to the east and Lalinde on the Dordogne to the west.
The Vézère river joins the Dordogne in the charming village of Limeuil a few minutes drive from Trémolat.
Between the Vézère and Dordogne rivers (the "golden triangle") is a veritable treasure trove of prehistoric sites, beautiful caves, for example those of Lascaux with cave paintings, the Gouffre de Proumeyssac with stalactites, an underground cavern of forty meters high.
There is so much to see and do in the area that it's almost impossible to know where to start.
There are prehistoric sites, troglodyte villages, bastides such as Monpazier, Belvès and Villereal.
Périgueux and Bergerac are easily accessible by car.
