You will have all of our single-storey villa located on a large enclosed plot with a furnished terrace, barbecue and free parking.
The bright living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, TV and free WiFi.
The fully equipped American kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a whirlpool tub for 2 people to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The large bedroom with shower has a double bed (bed made on arrival, towels provided), dressing room (iron), a dressing table and a small TV
Our friends the dogs are welcome (prior agreement maximum 2 / (package 20 € / dog / for the stay)

Magnifique logement tout confort avec des propriétaires formidables 😁 L intérieur est agencé avec goût, c'est moderne et chaque pièce est harmonieusement décorée nous avons adoré 🥰 Rien ne manque et la terrasse est appréciable également avec le grand terrain... Le logement est accueillant dès qu'on rentre... tout est hyper propre et bien rangé, ça sent bon...

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Cosy Occitan et tout était parfait. Le gîte est très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Myriam est une hôte très accueillante. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons.
