It is located in a quiet environment, in the countryside of the village of Allex, one of the many perched villages of the Drôme. Attached to the owners' house, it has an independent entrance.
5 minutes walk from the Chanteperdrix estate, place of wedding parties, seminars...
10 minutes from the A7 / Loriol-sur-Drôme motorway exit.
All shops 3 min by car.
River Drôme 15 min walk.
It is an ideal base from which to discover and enjoy the Drôme and the Ardèche. This beautiful region offers many possibilities in terms of swimming, heritage visits (eg Crest and its highest keep in France, Hauterives and the palace of the postman Cheval, the Vercors Resistance Memorial, Mirmande, one of the most beautiful villages classified at 20 mins ...), varieties of landscapes to discover by car, hiking, cycling ...
