Hiking trailsCharming holiday home in the green countryside of the Limousin, 65km from Limoges and 11km from Vassivière Lake. Comfortable and very well equipped, the house is located at the entrance of a hamlet, 3km from the village of Nedde. A cosy stone farmhouse typical of the region. A terrace in front and a large private garden of 2.100 m2 in the back allow you to enjoy the peace and nature in the meadow bordered by a wood.
Ideal for resting and enjoying the family. The garden is spacious with shaded areas for eating outside, reading, playing or napping.
In the region, you will be able to take advantage of many cultural distractions (the city of insects, the porcelain of Limoges, the tapestries of Aubusson) and sports: many hikes in a beautiful hilly countryside and in the forest from the house, swimming in the Vienne river at 1km, nautical activities around the Vassivière Lake at 11km (swimming, fishing, sailing school, renting of sailboats, water-skiing, pedal-boat, beach-volley)
Spend a real holiday to recharge your batteries in nature, far from the crowd.
In the village of Nedde (3km) you will find a bakery and a small supermarket. In Eymoutiers (12km) there is a large supermarket, the railway station, a farmers' market and other shops.
In Limoges you will find everything: shopping centres, airport and all services.
House of 90 m² on 2 floors:
Downstairs: living/dining room, kitchen,
Upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a desk, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
Very complete equipment: kitchenware, fridge, gas/electric cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board. Garden furniture and small barbecue. Books and board games.
Rental of bed linen (10€/pair) and towels (10€/pair) are optional. You can bring your own linen.
Wifi included. Cleaning products and equipment available.
An extra mattress can accommodate a third child in the large bedroom.
