Charming little house on the port of Perros, ideal for 4/5 people.
The house does not directly overlook the street but a quiet courtyard.
You will be at the heart of the port, its shops and activities. Living area in summer and winter, restaurant bar, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery...
10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes walk from the arcades beach.

House with on the ground floor a living room open to the kitchen. Bathroom and separate WC.
Small well appointed terrace without vis-à-vis.
Upstairs two bedrooms: one with a 140 double bed, one with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed.

I tried to equip the house as well as possible so that you can feel at home there and that you don't miss anything! And I continue to take into account every comment from my tenants in order to improve comfort.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: basic groceries and cleaning products, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster
In the bathroom: washing machine with detergent, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer

Other equipment: WiFi television in the living room, comic books, board games, information on the region.

Arrival and departure can be done independently with a key box.
There is no private parking but parking in the immediate vicinity is easy and free all year round.
