Charming wooden house, 115 m², fenced, on land of 1800 m², in a quiet area.
5 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes from the ocean and 30 minutes from the Arcachon basin.

The house sleeps 6:
- 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and dressing room
- 1 master suite with a 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower and adjoining toilet

It is also composed of:
- 1 open equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, combined fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 WC
- 1 entrance with large storage cupboard

You will also find:
- 1 henhouse (collection of fresh eggs if you wish)
- 1 plancha
- 2 adult bikes

For your little ones:
- 1 high chair
- 1 travel cot
- plates and cutlery
- beach shovels and buckets

The house is also equipped with WiFi and a television.
Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided.
If you take the cleaning option upon exit, you will be asked for an additional fee of €60.
We would like to point out that despite the cleaning package, you will be asked to take out the trash and leave a clean sink and household appliances.
You will find a basic kitchen kit (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.)

No smoking house and no pets allowed.
