Renovated in 2016, this tastefully furnished village house offers: 1 bright bedroom upstairs and 1 pleasant children's bedroom overlooking the Albères.
The house is equipped with air conditioning as well as insulation on recently installed double-glazed windows and front door.
The ground floor consists of an equipped American kitchen, TV, open to the living room.
A small green loggia of 4 m² serves the entrance, allowing an “al fresco” lunch area.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Insulation of all windows and doors. Air conditioner. Wooden shutters.
