Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium, the apartment is located rue rameau which joins the place de Jaude at 200 m.
You will be at the heart of the villa in the immediate vicinity of many shops, restaurants, cinemas and other performance halls.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and last floor.
It was completely redone in August 2020.
It consists of a large kitchen living room opening onto a beautiful private and quiet terrace.
2 beautiful bedrooms with dressing room with new hotel quality bedding.
The bathroom with basin and tiled shower and its heated towel rail and separate WC.
